TopSURV

TopSURV is the Survey grade software for use with Topcon Data Collectors.

• Before updating, record the key values and authorization codes found in Help / Activate modules.
• Please move any job or geoid files to a directory other than TopSURV, then delete the TopSURV folder.
• Run the TopSURV setup program to install.
• When prompted for the location to install the program, choose CF card.
• When program is complete, move jobs and geoid files back to their respective subfolders in the TopSURV folder. 
• If authorization codes are missing, reinput the recorded codes.

Pocket 3D

Pocket 3D is the Construction grade software for use with Topcon Data Collectors.

• There are separate programs for Pocket 3D for the FC100, FC200, Recon running Windows CE and data collectors running Windows pocket PC.  
• Please be sure to load the version of Pocket 3D that matches the data collector.
• Please run the Setup program to install.

PC-CDU

PC-CDU is the program used to load Option Authorization Files to Topcon GPS receivers. It also includes other diagnostic tools.

• Please unzip the PC-CDU.zip file and run the setup program.
• Please refer to the PC-CDU manual for directions on running the program.

Modem TPS

Modem – TPS is a firmware loading utility for use with the Topcon GPS receivers listed below;

1. HiPer Lite / Lite Plus
2. HiPer XT
3. GR3

Modem – TPS loads and configures the internal radio firmware.

• Please run Setup to install. 
• Please follow the instructions in the Modem TPS manual to run the program.

Floader

Floader is a firmware loading utility for use with Topcon GPS receivers.  Floader loads the Flash Ram, main, and power firmware.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth Config is a utility that allows input of the HiPer’s serial number to the internal Bluetooth module.  This allows the Bluetooth in the data collector to “see” the serial number of the Hipper rather than the hex code of the Bluetooth module.  Occasionally when clearing NV-RAM in the HiPer, the HiPer’s serial number will be erased from the Bluetooth module. BT-Config is used to restore the number.

• Please unzip the btconfig.zip file and run the setup program.
• Please refer to the user manual for directions on running the program.
