Irish Composites offers accredited design, manufacturing, development and testing of both thermosetting and thermoplastics composites, with world-renowned expertise in manufacturing and development of advanced thermoplastic composite structures. The company also has proprietary electrically-heated ceramic composite tooling technologies for high temperature out-of-autoclave processes. Manufacturing facilities include autoclaves (up to 1.5m diameter x 3.0m long), RTM facilities (both thermosetting and thermoplastic), heated presses, clean room, ovens, painting and finishing facilities. Testing facilities include static and fatigue capacity from 10KN to 1000KN, microscopy, physical testing and Non Destructive Testing.
